A Song for My Mother

Ten years after running away to escape her unhappy home, Marly Hanson returns to Dreyerville to fulfill a promise to her daughter who recently survived brain cancer. Marly and her mother, Winnie, have been estranged for years and confronting the past was simply too painful.
To complicate matters, Winnie’s neighbor is handsome sheriff Reed Bennett and his young son, Ham. Ham and Katie become fast friends, while their parents find their attraction going deeper than mere friendship. But Marly’s time in Dreyerville is limited and problems of her troubled past remain.
