This book presents both the visual and written explanation of these symbols by Proteje,weavers. Proteje is a project of the Ixchel Textile Museum group that promotes traditional back-strap weaving by over 250 weavers of different textiles traditions in Guatemala. Only 1000 copies of this first edition where printed.
