The Hills

                  .

The night Julie Eastman followed her husband Phil up to The Hills, her life changed forever.

Julie had been rather smug about living an idyllic life.  Happily married for twenty years and finally running her own art gallery in Kirkland, Washington, her only worry was about her twenty-year-old daughter who'd moved out of state with no explanation.

After that night in The Hills, the foundation of Julie's life evaporated. She can't go home. She can't contact her friends or family. She must rely on strangers for help. Julie is on the run. Many unanswered questions leave her sleepless and yearning for the truth. How well does she really know her husband Phil? Why did their daughter leave home? How real are her long friendships with Phil's business associates and their wives?

She tries not to linger on the biggest questions of all. Does someone want her dead? And, worst of all, is that someone Phil?
